Protecting the rights of refugees
Displacement is one of the most pressing challenges of our time, as millions are forced to flee their homes due to war, persecution, and climate change. Protecting the rights of refugees involves more than just providing shelter; it requires ensuring legal protection, access to healthcare, and the right to work and study. UNHCR calls on delegates to find compassionate, sustainable solutions that uphold human dignity. We must act now to ensure that being a refugee is a temporary struggle, not a permanent loss of hope.
